When to contact Squarespace directly

If your question is about:

  • Billing or payments

  • Domains or subscriptions

  • Account access or login issues

  • Technical outages or account status

You’ll need to contact Squarespace Support directly. We find them a great help and their online chat is excellent!
Their team is available 24/7 via email and offers live chat in Australia and New Zealand during local business hours.

How to find Squarespace Live Chat Support

  1. Go to the Squarespace Contact page.

  2. Click Log In to sign in to your Squarespace account.

    • If you don’t have one, click I Don’t Have an Account to continue as a guest.

  3. Once you’re logged in, click Contact Us.

  4. A small chat window (the Squarespace Assistant) will pop up.

  5. Type your question in the “Type a message” field.

  6. If the bot can’t find an answer, it will offer to connect you with a Support Advisor for live chat (during live chat hours).

    • Tip: You can type “talk to support” or “human” to skip straight to a person.
