Like any business asset, your website requires a few ongoing services to keep it online, secure and running smoothly.

These costs cover things such as your website hosting, domain registration and, if required, your business email. Some services are essential, while others are optional depending on your business needs.
At The Studio, we manage as much or as little as you'd like. Many of our clients choose us to take care of everything, giving them one point of contact for their website, domain and email, with the peace of mind that everything is kept up to date and supported when needed. Below is a breakdown of each service and what's included.

Domain Registration

DOMAIN REGISTRATION
Your domain name is your business's online address (for example, www.yourbusiness.com.au) and is what customers use to find your website and email.

We can register and manage your domain on your behalf, ensuring it remains active and never accidentally expires.

.com // $65 per year

* .com.au domains are registered in two-year terms under auDA requirements.

Website Hosting

WEBSITE HOSTING
Every Squarespace website requires hosting to keep it online.
Hosting starts from $17 per month ($204 per year when billed annually), with plans depending on the features your website requires.

Website Management: For clients who choose us to manage their Squarespace billing, we charge an annual Website Management Fee of $49.

This includes:

  • Managing your Squarespace subscription

  • Ensuring your website never expires

  • Keeping billing details up to date

  • Minor website changes (up to 15 minutes)

  • Ongoing account management and support

If you'd prefer to manage your own Squarespace subscription, we're happy to transfer ownership of your website so you can add your own billing details.

You do have the option to not pay this admin fee, and we will happily hand over the website to yourself so you can add your billing details and manage the account yourself. Please let us know if this is something you would like to do.

Managed Business Email

A professional email address using your own domain helps build trust and credibility.

For example: hello@yourbusiness.com.au

Rather than simply providing mailbox hosting, we offer a fully managed business email service, including:

  • Australian-hosted email platform

  • Ongoing management and support

  • Mobile and desktop email setup

  • Spam and security management

  • Assistance when changing devices

  • Friendly local support when you need it

Up to 5GB // $15 per mailbox *
Up to 10GB // $22 per mailbox
Up to 30GB // $27 per mailbox
Up to 50GB // $32 per mailbox

* Multi-mailbox discount:
Businesses with three or more standard 5GB mailboxes receive discounted pricing of $10 per mailbox.
