setting up your email on your iphone
The following is the instructions to set up your email on your iphone device.
Go to ‘Settings’
Select ‘Mail’
Select ‘Accounts’
Select ‘Add New’
Select ‘Other’
Select ‘Add Mail Account’
Use the following information:
Name: Your name as you want people to see
Email: Your email address we are setting up. ie., name@yourdomain.com.au
Password: The email password that has been set up on your account
Description: How you want your account called on your iPhone.
This will automatically default to show the domain but can be changed to anything. ie., Work Email
Select ‘Next’Ensure ‘IMAP’ is selected at the top. (Not POP)
Input the following details:
Incoming Mail Server
Host Name: vmres21.web-servers.com.au
Username: Enter your whole email address ie., name@yourdomain.com.au
Password: The email password that has been set up on your account
Outgoing Mail Server
Host Name: vmres21.web-servers.com.au
Username: Enter your whole email address ie., name@yourdomain.com.au
Password: The email password that has been set up on your account
Click ‘Next’ in the top right.
The Account will show all ticks.
Ensure Mail is toggled on on the next screen
Click DONE
