YEARLY COSTS

There are two main costs that are payable yearly to ensure your website stays online.

DOMAIN REGISTRATION
A personalised domain where your website can be found and is generally the name of your business. ie., www.sydneycafe.com.au
The below costs are for maintaining your domain, ensuring it never expires and gets bought by someone else.

Keep in mind, your domain might not always be available and if it's generic, there is a good chance it will always be taken.
.com.au // $65 per year - min. 2 yrs is required
.com // $65 per year - min. 1 yr is required

Please note, you may already have registered a domain elsewhere and you are welcome to keep it and manage it at your own domain registrar. Your website costs includes us linking your current domain to your new website, however please note we are not responsible for it’s yearly renewal.

WEBSITE HOSTING
Hosting starts at $16 per month ($192 per year) when billed annually - see here for more details.
Most of our clients call into the ‘personal’ category.

We also bill at $49 admin fee each year to manage your site.
We pay Squarespace on your behalf and ensure your website never expires by ensuring our billing details are always up to date.
The extra admin fee covers logging in for small changes (as we do not bill for things that take 15min or less), an overall management fee for managing your website on squarespace and our time in chasing late payments which have already been charged on our credit card and incurring interest.

You do have the option to not pay this admin fee, and we will happily hand over the website to yourself so you can add your billing details and manage the account yourself. Please let us know if this is something you would like to do.

EMAIL HOSTING (Optional)
Email hosting is optional with your domain, it allows you to use your domain to create an email address. ie., name@yourdomain.com.au
Although optional, we do recommend it, as it gives you a professional point of contact.

Costs are:
- accounts using up to 5GB // $15 per month
- accounts using up to 10GB // $22 per month
- Accounts using over 10GB // Prices agreed based on usage
- Free alias email addresses
Costs are charged yearly and includes assistance in setting up, mobile support etc.
